Nageel is short for "Naga eel". The nageel were created by the same magic which gave Otter Island its sentience, but unlike the island and the otters, they are vicious and nasty. The nageel both hate and fear the otters, and seek to eliminate them and take the island for themselves. Nageel can assume full eel form and full human form in addition to their natural form, pictured here.
