OtterTunes Cover Contest rules

  1. To enter, submit a cover of any song or routine played on OtterTunes
  2. You must have permission of the original artist to do this. By submitting your entry, you are affirming that you have obtained permission.
  3. Original works will not be accepted as entries. Parodies, though counted as original works, will be accepted, provided the original song was done by one of OtterTunes' featured artists. You do not need permission to create a parody.
  4. The contest will run from January 1 through August 1, 2010.
  5. A minumum of 10 entries must be received or the contest will be cancelled for lack of interest. (So tell your friends!)
  6. First prize is $100 (USD) and may be paid in installments of no less that $20 per week.
  7. Second prize is $10 (USD) to be paid no later than two months from the end of the contest.
  8. Third prize is honorable mention. All three top winners will have their names (and portraits if desired) posted on the OtterTunes main page.
  9. All entries will be aired. OtterTunes reserves the right to continue airing these entries as we please.
  10. Selection of winners will be done by a panel of judges and all judging is strictly according to our tastes.
  11. To submit your entry, please post your work on the web and use the form below to send us the URL where your submission is located. DO NOT SEND THE ACTUAL FILE. That really clogs up the inbox.
