About OtterTunes OtterTunes is a shoutcast radio station run by the creators of OtterComics. We specialize in helping tallented independent artists develop their art through exposure to a wider audience and other artists. Eventually, this station will be switching to an all-volunteer format, and we need your help to build up a decent playlist.
